In celebration of World Rotaract Week, the Rotaract Club carried out Project FLUSH, a meaningful initiative that highlights the importance of proper sanitation and dignity in every home. Through this project, 20 toilet bowls with pails and dippers were distributed to households in need—15 families in Barangay Mambuaya and 5 families in Barangay Dansolihon—bringing communities one step closer to achieving Zero Open Pit and safer sanitation practices.

Implemented in partnership with JCI Bai Lawanen, Project FLUSH demonstrates how collaboration between organizations can create lasting impact. While the Rotaractors and partners provided the toilet bowls and essential materials, the barangay local governments generously committed to supply the sand and cement, ensuring that each household can properly install their sanitary toilets.
More than simply providing facilities, Project FLUSH represents a shared commitment to health, dignity, and sustainable community development. With every toilet installed, families gain not only improved sanitation but also renewed hope for a cleaner and healthier environment.
As Rotaractors celebrate a week dedicated to service and fellowship, Project FLUSH stands as a reminder that even the simplest acts of service can transform lives—one household, one community, and one flush at a time.
