Project #SaveSAM has finally wrapped up and it wouldn’t be as successful as it is now without the support of the International Pharmaceutical Inc. (IPI) which distributed hygiene kits the children in need. Thank you, IPI for your kind heart to give back to the community!
The Rotaract Club of Carmen Valley (RAC-CV) would also like to thank PhilHealth and Vjandep, and to all our generous sponsors. “Your support and help goes a long way towards achieving our goal in beating malnutrition,” RAC-CV President Lady Almanzor said. The club has launched #SaveSAM to help children who are under 5 years of age with Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM). Feeding program, providing basic essentials, are among the activities conducted during the whole duration of this project. It also aims raise awareness among club members about malnutrition and develop their personal skills along the way through immersion.
