Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. Evidence shows that providing support services, talking about suicide, reducing access to means of self-harm, and following up with loved ones are just some of the actions we can all take to help others.
In line with this, the Rotaract Clubs of Balintawak, Carmen Valley, and Pasay Cyber City will be hosting Project I’m Mentally In Love With Me 2: Create A New Hope Through Action, an Awareness Seminar on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention on September 11, 2021, Saturday at 2PM via Zoom.
The host clubs have invited esteemed speakers that will talk about Mental Health, Suicide Awareness, and Coping. All attendees will also get a chance to win in the GCash Raffles and many exciting games. Participating Rotaract Clubs may also support the event as a CO HOST CLUB by registering a minimum of five (5) participants from your club to Project I’m Mentally In Love With Me.
